Local Delivery Service：
After confirming the order, the shipping and handling will take place soon and products should arrive within 3-5 working days through SF Express.
Courier delivery is 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery areas include local businesses, residential and some remote areas in Hong Kong.The delivery date may be subject to change or delay depending on the courier’s shipping loads and weather. In case of Black Rainstorm Warning / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, the delivery service will be suspended and arranged accordingly.
Direct delivery to customers is done through SF Express. Different regions will have different delivery times. For example, for delivery to commercial building will usually take place within one to two working days. Additional working day may occur for delivery to the non-commercial building or remote area. At that time, the courier service company will call the customer to arrange delivery.－Self-pick up
Products for self-pick up will be sent to pick-up station (7/11 convenience store or SF Express smart locker) designated by the customers. The SF Express smart locker will send a text message to remind the customers to collect the items and complete the transaction.
Delivery Service outside Hong Kong:
· After the order is confirmed, the shipping and handling will take place within 3 days. All delivery will go through Hong Kong Post by express mail (at least 2 working days to reach customs, not including the custom clearance time). The shipping cost is automatically calculated according to the weight of the parcels and the area of delivery (Remarks: Some liquid products or items with a weight of more than 0.5KG will not be available for online shopping outside Hong Kong.)
· China requires that the types of consignments are legal personal items and for personal use only according to the Customs of China. The addressee address is a personal address in Mainland.
· For addressee not within the range of the courier service, please contact us for further information.
· Customers may be required to pay customs duties, import duties, goods and services tax, value added tax (VAT) or other import sales tax at the time of receipt. We cannot guarantee or determine whether an import sales tax is required for each shipment. For matters related to import sales tax, please contact your local customs department directly.
· We will not refund or make new shipping if customers reject the shipment for personal reasons, including refusal of customs duties and taxes, failure to provide the required documentation or other relevant reasons.
· We will arrange shipments as efficiently as possible. However, the time required for delivery of items will be affected by factors such as the transport laws of individual area, customs, logistics arrangements, weather and local or Hong Kong public holidays. We assume no liability as a carrier and do not assume any legal responsibility for losses caused by delays.
