When the packages are received, please make sure the orders are complete. All the online ordering records must be kept. Returns and exchanges within 3 days are only applicable when one or both following conditions are met:
• The item is different from the order.
• The item is damaged, defective and poor quality.
Please take a clear picture of the items and the defective parts. To apply for a return, please send an Email to email@example.com with a copy of the picture, the order number and the name of the item. A specialist will follow up the application. All items must be returned in the original packaging they are sold. If the goods are damaged for personal reasons, opened or used, they cannot be returned.
After the conditions of return and exchange are confirmed, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Please proceed and send the items to the designated address of Green Eastern in the confirmation email. Postage is paid upon arrival. After a successful return, a refund will be made to the customer's payment account or a replacement will be issued to the customer within 14 working days.
